Ann L. Palazzo, 94, of Scalabrini Villa, North Kingstown, RI, formerly of Hopedale Drive, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2016. Born in Cranston, RI, she was married to the late John D. Palazzo and was the daughter of the late Francesco and Pasqualina (Caianiello) Parente.
Mrs. Palazzo was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her daughter-in-law; Lindagay M. Palazzo, a granddaughter; Johna M. Palazzo-Duane, and two grandsons; Joseph and Keegan. She was predeceased by her son; John D. Palazzo, six brothers; Cosmo, John, Ralph, Jerry, Vito and Joseph Parente, and five sisters; Angelina Capuano, Dora Albert, Concette Pontarelli, Mary Ionata and Celia Carlino.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Saint Therese Old Catholic Church, 1500 Main Street, West Warwick, RI. Calling hours are respectfully omitted. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston, RI. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
