Aubrey was always welcoming to me, my late husband Joseph but most of all to our daughter Olivia. We would walk to feed Cracker Jack and Aubrey always came over to talk with us. Liv looked forward to feeding the animals and talking with Aubrey.
We will remember him as kind and friendly.
His presence will be missed.

Myrna, Buster, Susanna and family, We all lost a dear, sweet man this week. His kindness, compassion and generosity touched many hearts and changed many lives, mine included. I have a lifetime of fond memories of Uncle Junie spending time with me explaining about all the different trees in the yard and teaching me to ride his horse, "Tender". I never tired of him showing me the silly tricks he taught "Butchy". I spent nearly every weekend with you guys and you took me everywhere like I was your own kid. We went to places like KFC way out by the airport, stock car races, the fair and visiting family. Sometimes we just stayed in and watched TV by the warm crackling fireplace. An especially heart warming memory is when he walked me down the aisle. Now thats an awesome uncle!! Uncle Junie's sense of humor was unending. I still giggle when I think of the time we spent together. He was an amazing man and I feel blessed to have been part of his life. Thank you for sharing him with me. Though we are all sad now, I look forward to the days we can recall our memories of him and he will once again make us smile. You are forever in my heart...until we meet again. Rest in peace, Uncle Junie. Love, Sandy

Buster - I was pleased to have met your Pop a few times coming to get a veal calf from you and could tell he was a great old South County farmer.. We chatted a few times in the kitchen and I knew I was with one of the old guard who remembered how an agricultural community grew up. I'm pleased to know you and happy to have known him just a little
