Beatrice S. Plumley, 94, Regnaiere Court, West Warwick, RI, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Riverview Healthcare Community in Coventry, RI.
She was born in Braintree, MA, and was married to the late Arthur W. Plumley, Sr. She was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (LeVangie) LeVangie.
She was a textile worker for many years at various textile mills in the Pawtuxet Valley area until her retirement.
She is survived by two sons; David E. Plumley and his wife Sandra, and Robert L. Plumley, and a granddaughter; Meghan. She was predeceased by her son; Arthur W. Plumley, Jr., her brothers; William and Leo LeVangie and two sisters; Ada Madden, and Grace LeVangie.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 10:00 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 2 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in West Greenwich, RI.
