Bertha May (Brayton) Archibald, 99, of West Greenwich passed away peacefully on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Alpine Nursing Home. Born in Coventry, RI, one of eight children, daughter of Arthur and Mary (Wilbur) Brayton, and wife of the late John J. Archibald.

She is survived by two sons; John Jr., wife Helen and David, wife Susan. One sister; Nancy Assumpico. Three granddaughters; Amy Brennan, Nicole Burch, Danielle Kachapis. Five great grandsons; Cameron and Jacob Brennan, Henri and Charlie Burch, Theo Kachapis. Two great granddaughters; Alexandra Brennan and Mari Kachapis. She is predeceased by three brothers; Robert, Frank, and Arthur Brayton, three sisters; Hazel Hawkins, Eva Blackmore, Adelaide Knight, and one grandson; Jason Archibald.
