Betty Messier

Betty Messier, granddaughter of Jessie Harrington Messier and Napoleon Messier, niece of Elizabeth Messier and Blanche Messier, older sister of Dennis Carlow and close friend to Linda Danielson for half her life.

Great lover of all animals, dogs and horses highest on the list, lover of nature, nothing could make her day more than seeing a beautiful deer in the backyard or seeing a wolf on the edge of the woods or a fox sitting in someone's yard early in the morning. She loved the light breezes of spring, the beautiful flowers of summer, the changing colors of the fall, the blanket of white snow in the winter and always the sound of the ocean.

A devoted Catholic, a loyal Democratic, someone who loved this great Country. Worked for Cancordia Manufacturing as a supervisor for many, many years, worked for the Providence Journal for years and other companies in the area.

Loved little children and believed in helping others.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 12:00 pm in the Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Brown Street, Coventry, RI.
