Christine A. Cornell, 67, of Quebec Road, Lyman, New Hampshire, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at Littleton Hospital in Littleton, New Hampshire.
She was born in Providence, RI and was the daughter of the late Raymond E. and Olga E. (Piluk) Jussaume and was married for eighteen years to Keith H. Cornell.
Christine worked at Majestic Honda in West Warwick for 10 years and Arkwright, Inc. in Fiskeville, RI for 5 years. She enjoyed walking, gardening, sewing, needlepoint, arts and crafts, snowstorms and picking berries. She loved rollerskating with her husband Keith in their earlier days at the former Sholes Roller Rink in Warwick, RI.
Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters; Alexis K. Cornell and Candice Asselin, three grandchildren, and a brother; Raymond T. Jussaume.
A funeral home service will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, May 12, 2017 from the Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held immediately prior – from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
