Elizabeth M. (Miller) Loughlin-Moran

Elizabeth M. Loughlin-Moran “Betsy”, 80, of Sandra Circle, Coventry, RI, passed away on January 6, 2017 at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was married to James F. Moran and the late John "Jack" F. Loughlin Sr. She was the daughter of the late Henry "Harry" and Mary (McIntyre) Miller.

Betsy was a teacher’s assistant at the Bay Shore School Department, in Bay Shore, NY for fifteen years until her retirement.

Besides her husband she is survived by five children; John F. Loughlin Jr. and his wife Debra, Susan E. Rossetti and her husband Lee, Andrew J. Loughlin and his wife Annette, Robert J. Loughlin and his wife Shirley, and Catharine J. Almeida and her husband Craig, a brother Henry "Jim" Miller and a sister Patricia Miller as well as nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, January 13, 2017 at the Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 6 St. Vincent De Paul Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the funeral home.
