To the Blanding family:

I was fortunate to get to know Frank as he and my dad, Tom, were roommates at Riverview. Frank was a sweet, kind man. He always had a smile on his face. I will miss Frank Jr too. He was there every day and always thought about my dad giving him tomatoes from the garden and letting him know when the baseball game was on. Frank was the best roommate my dad could've asked for. He will be deeply missed.

Sincerely, Toni Ledversis

Dear Frank Jr and family,

I was fortunate enough to know Frank as he and my dad, Tom, were roommates at Riverview. He always had a smile on his face and was the sweetest man.

Frank and my dad were rivals between Red Sox and Yankees. I'm so glad he had someone to share his love of spots with. Thank you, Frank Jr , for always looking after my dad. He will miss you too.

Frank was like a grandfather to me. He was a special person and will be deeply missed. I'm sorry I won't be able to make the memorial service as I have to work. Please know you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely, Toni Ledversis

Carol, Barbara, Frank and family,
I just wanted to let you know what an influence "Mr. Blanding" had on my life. Always kind, always treating me like a family member and the most devoted Red Sox fan I have ever met. What a wonderful man. He is in my heart and mind forever.
