Giglio P. Giammarco, 57, passed away at home on Saturday, July 18, 2015 after a long illness.
He lived in West Warwick with his beloved wife Carol (Conti) Giammarco and grandson Michael Edwards. Born in Providence, RI, he was the son of Giglio G. Giammarco and Ruth (Shurtleff) Hammond.
He is survived by a son and daughter; Spencer T. and Sara Joy Giammarco and stepson Nathan Edwards. He was the brother to Helene Anderson, Mary Berroteran, Steven, Christine, and the late John Giammarco. He loved his many nieces and nephews, brother and sister-in laws, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He has requested his funeral be private.
Cremation will occur at Gorton-Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to RI Food Bank.
