Kathleen Sanford, 61, of Lane 7 Mapleroot Village, Coventry, RI, passed away on November 4, 2015 at Kent Hospital in Warwick, RI. Born in Warwick, RI, she was the beloved daughter of Janice B. (Brown) Sanford and the late Alfred A. Sanford, Jr.
Kathleen was a registered nurse for four years at the Jane Brown Hospital in Providence, RI prior to her illness.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 12:00 pm noon from the Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A calling hour will be held prior from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm. Burial will be at Elm Grove Cemetery, North Kingstown, RI.
