I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Luann’s family. For right now, there’s no detour around grief, no shortcut through mourning. However, 2 Cor.4:7 says that God can give us, “... power beyond what is normal “, to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry, or that we forget. It means we recover. We recover because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in John 5:28 which says, “... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out “. Jesus was referring to the resurrection. That is our amazing hope! The Bible likens our hope to an anchor. Just like an anchor stabilizes a ship, our hope stabilizes us and keeps us from drowning in overwhelming sadness. 2 Cor.1:3 describes our Creator as, “... the God of all comfort “. One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort be your comfort now, during this time of sorrow.

On the day I heard that you were in the hospital dealing with so much more than I've been through, I started praying for you. On the day I was told that you passed away, the tears have been running my eye's and everyone who has been in your life. I am going to miss your laugh, your special personality and the fun we all had when you came to everything, bingos, parties, weddings and just to visit. I pray that you are with all the everyone that has gone on before you. You were a great and wonderful mother, grandma, and wife, and most of all a good friend as well as a sister-in-law. I will never forget all the things that we did as well. The fun times and the rest of the times we all shared with you. You are a legend in time and will be missed dearly by everyone who you touched by your presence. You are loved by many people who care, and it is a lot of people. I know that you will be out of pain, and hopefully enjoying a new start doing everything that you have ever loved, and I know you will be able to play bingo with everyone whom you have played with and others you will meet in your new place. I am sure that you are in Heaven, and with God's grace he will have a great place for everything from now on. I will always be thinking of you kiddo! Rest in peace Luann, and know that you take all the love with you. God bless, and may he watch over everyone else that remains here that you loved so much. It's not goodbye, but we'll all be together when we are called. Love, Debra.

My sincere condolences to all of you.and all in my prayers.... As I search for words for comfort to all I find there really are not words that will take away your pain or fill the void....Each time I think of my cousin Luann I go back in time to where we were kids and how we spent a lot of time together back then...I loved our visits with your Mom and dad and our grandparents who lived next door to them....As i was the older cousin I kind of protected little Luann..I remember how I kicked a girls butt for picking on you Luann....I was you guardian angel back then....Now you are soaring in Heaven and now you will be my Guardian Angel...Give hugs to all our relatives and one day we all be together again............Cousin Flo
