Mildred T. Craig, 83, of Hopkins Hill Road, Coventry, RI, passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born in Coventry, RI, she was the wife of the late Raymond A. Craig and the daughter of the late Agenard and Victoria (Juras) Lachapelle.
Mildred loved spending time with her two granddaughter's and her great dog “Yogi”. She was a member of the Coventry Pines Golf League and while playing there got a hole in one on the Par 3, 8th hole.
She is survived by two children; Kim A. Ponte and her husband John and Kurt A. Craig and his wife Dorothy, four sisters; Dorothy Lachapelle, Beverley Lancellotta, Joyce Cooper and Darlene Bryer and two granddaughters; Madison and Julia.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at the RI Veterans Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter, RI.
