Patricia A. Bernier, 66, of Warwick, RI, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at Life Path Hospice in Sun City, Florida. Born in West Warwick, RI, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Dora (Repose) Rathbun.
Ms. Bernier was an Insurance Rater for the Underwriters at EMC Insurance, in Warwick, RI for thirty-five years until she retired in 2013. She was also an avid bowler.
She is survived by her son; Brian E. Bernier, two brothers; Raymond and John Rathbun, and two sisters; Shirley Turner and Joyce Dexter. She was predeceased by her brother; David Rathbun and her sister Linda T. Belanger.
A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Gorton Menard Funeral Home and Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, April 19, from 4:00-8:00 pm. Burial will be at Plain Meeting House Cemetery in West Greenwich, RI.
