Arthur J. Belleville

Arthur J. “Pierre” Belleville, 86, of Princeton Avenue, Coventry, RI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 16, 2022, at home. Born on December 4, 1935, in Warwick, RI, he was the husband of the late Annmarie (Casoli) Belleville and the son of the late Harry and Emma (Bedard) Belleville.

Arthur was a self-employed auctioneer for many years. He enjoyed vacationing with his family, golfing, coin collecting and playing cards.

Arthur is survived by a son; Kevin Belleville and his wife Lynne and a daughter; Darlene Koita, a brother; Henry Belleville, a sister; Henrietta Streker, four grandchildren; Marc Belleville, Bryan Belleville, Mandy Allard and Julie Bentley, eight great grandchildren; Tyler Perry, Aaron Allard, Raychel Allard, Jordan Allard, Alex Newman, Harrison Belleville, Caroline Belleville, Bennett Belleville. He was predeceased by two sisters; Pauline Vanasse and Beatrice Ford.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A calling hour will be held prior from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Burial will be private.
