Biography

Henry G. Loven, 66, of Central Pike, Foster passed away on January 26, 2010 at Phillip Hulitar Hospice Care in Providence, RI. Born in West Greenwich, RI he was the husband of the late Patricia (Loftus) Loven and the son of the late George W. and Florence (Stone) Loven. Henry was a truck driver for twenty-four years for Wauregan Grain Company of Wauregan, CT. He was also employed at Extra Mart in Foster, RI. Mr. Loven is survived by two sons; Henry G. and Robert F. Loven, two daughters; Esther D. Peterson and her husband David B. and Tricia L. Galloway and her husband Gregory E., a sister; Barbara A. Jordan, three grandchildren; Jasmine and Tyler Galloway and Patricia Peterson. His funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 3, 2010 at 10:00 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours are Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery, Coventry, RI.
