Steve ,just want to say thank you so much, for all your kindness,care,and professionalism in first with our dad,and a year later with our mom ,we just want everyone to know that Gorton Menard is the best place to go in time of grief ,and sorrow you put us at ease and took care of everything so beautifully.Thank you so much.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you for all of your help and guidance in the cremation service for my brother. As early as my initial call, Steven spoke with such compassion and professionalism. He treated me like he was consoling an old friend, and he assured me that he would take care of everything.

When we visited the funeral home, it was beautiful. Steven sat with my mother and me, and answered every question we asked, honestly and kindly.

He honored one last minute change request we asked of him without question, although I knew it caused a burden on him. He just smiled and said "no problem."

At such a sad time for us, it was such a comfort to be able to turn to Steven DiLorenzo and Gorton Menard Funeral Home and know that both we and our lost loved one will be well taken care of.

My family and myself would like to thank Steve for recently helping us with my mothers funeral. Thank-you for accommodating my families request for having the Funeral on one day and then the Burial the next day due to my fathers health concerns. Your attention to every detail made this difficult situation much easier, and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. It was a pleasure working with this dedicated and professional individual.

Sadly I've had to use Gorton Menard twice in the last year. I can't begin to explain how much easier Steve made both experiences for my family and I. I can look back and know that my loved ones were greatly cared for and the services were perfect. Steve made it very easy for myself and my family, Thank you always!

He made us feel that there was nothing we could ask for that he could not take care of for us, and he went above and beyond to show us he cared. We never felt that it was “just another day” for him. I wanted to thank you again for all that you did with the arrangements for my Dad's funeral. It was as good as a funeral could be. All of the details were handled with kindness, dignity and professionalism. The trees looked awesome, thank you for accommodating such an unusual request. The photo tribute was absolutely beautiful. Stopping the funeral procession at the farm for a minute was very important to my sister. Again, many thanks.
