Heloise Hammill Obituary

Heloise H. “Dolly” Hammill, 88, of Drums, PA, passed away September 25, 2018 at Garden At Butler Rehab Center, Drums, PA. Born on August 19, 1930 she was the wife of the late Ira Hammill and the daughter of the late Anthony and Stephanie (Gauthier) Palombo.

Heloise was employed by National Bottle Company, Coventry, RI, General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, CT and at Target Store, Warwick, RI. She loved her family very much.

She is survived by a companion; Edward Shephard, two children; Robert Palombo and Patricia Curtis, a brother; Frank Palombo, a sister; Veronica "Ronnie" Casinelli, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great, great grand daughter. She was predeceased by a sister and two brothers.

A funeral will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at 1:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 pm at Oakland Cemetery, Coventry, RI.
