Kimberly A. Chadwick, 30, of Hillard Avenue, Warwick, RI, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born on July 6, 1988 in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of John and Raeann (Walason) Hayes.

Kimberly was a loving mother to her family.

Besides her parents Kimberly is survived by three children; Ava Chadwick, Brooke Chadwick and Ryder Hayes, a brother; Brandon Hayes, two sisters; Samantha Amore and Kristina Gallager, maternal grand parents; Raymond and Shirley (Kyle) Walason.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI.
