Marie E. (Tardif) Vieira

Marie E. Vieira, 91, of Short Road, Exeter, RI, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018 at Elderwood at Riverside, East Providence, RI. Born in Lewiston, ME, she was the wife of the late Arthur H. Vieira, Sr. and the daughter of the late Eugene and Marie J. (Boulay) Tardif.

Marie was a house keeper for many years.

Marie is survived by two children; Arthur H. Vieira, Jr. and Linda A. Bissonnette, a sister; Katherine Horrocks, seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter; Gertrude Chace.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 11:00 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A calling hour will be held prior from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
