Michael S. Palmatier

Michael S. Palmatier passed peacefully early Monday morning (July 9, 2018). He was the son of the late Rita and Charles Palmatier and was survived by two brothers Charles (Charlie) and Murl, and one sister Joyce (Palmatier) Vukic, all residents of Rhode Island. Mike had three nieces (Stacey, Elizabeth, & Rachel) and one nephew (Garrett). Mike was a sweet and generous man and loved by many and will be sadly missed.

Mike worked at the Providence Journal Bulletin for thirty-one years and drove for Airport Taxi for twenty years. He was a good friend of Bill W and a member in good standing of Fellowship Too in Coventry. Mike loved his cat Big Al who passed away earlier this year. He was looking forward to seeing him again in heaven.

Sincere thanks and gratitude to the amazing men and women of Lifespan Cancer Institute at Rhode Island Hospital for their endless loving care, compassion, and kindness during this difficult time.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 10:00 am in the All Saints Episcopal Church, 111 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick, RI.
