Stanley R. Chase, 81, of Windosr Park Drive, Coventry, RI, peacefully died surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born in Coventry, RI, he was the husband of Mary B. (Masse) Chase. They were married for seventeen years. He was also the husband of the late Patricia Chase. He was the son of the late Prentice Chase and the son of the late Mildred (Hammond) Chase and her companion the late Robert Baldyga.
Stanley was a forklift operator for Hoechst-Celanese of Coventry, RI for thirty years before retiring in 1997.
Besides his wife he is survived by four children; Michael S. Chase and his wife Dorothy-Jean, David B. Chase, Scott G. Chase and his companion Tasha, Mark W. Chase and his wife Cindy, three step children; Rene Mello, Alicia Fontes and George Flint, Jr., three sisters; Beverly Jacques, Barbara Vaughn and Mildred Bosquet, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren and a former wife; Vincenza Chase.
His funeral services will be private.
