Angela R. (Carrara) Derouin

Angela R. Derouin, 71, of Dodge Street, Providence, RI, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born on April 30, 1950, in Bristol, CT, she was the wife of the late Norman Derouin and the daughter of the late Anthony T. and Shirley M. (Raymond) Carrara.

Angela was a special needs teacher for ARC, Ocala, FL, for many years before retiring. She was a member of the American Legion, East Greenwich, RI. She enjoyed her grandchildren, great grandchildren, gardening and karaoke.

Angela is survived by a son; Donald J. Dubay, a daughter; Gina M. Mathias and her husband William, a brother; John Carrara, a sister; Mary Sylvia, three grandchildren; Jon Linden, Brandon Roaix and James Roaix and two great grandchildren; Alina Linden and Michael Linden. She was predeceased by a brother; Michael Carrara and two sisters; Estella “Jeanne” Anderson and Cheryl Martin.

A service for Angela will be announced at a later date.
