Anne S. (Warhurst) Harrington

Anne S. Harrington, 82, of Victory Highway, West Greenwich, RI, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born on August 22, 1941, in Cranston, RI, she was the wife of Ernest P. Harrington, and they were married for sixty-two years. She was the daughter of the late Alfred and Edith (Smith) Warhurst.

Anne was a homemaker to her loving family. She was a school bus monitor for the Exeter and West Greenwich School System for many years. Anne also enjoyed taking long walks and hiking on different trails in Rhode Island with her husband.

Besides her husband Ernest Harrington, she is survived by a daughter; Barbara Kelley and her husband Raymond, a brother John Warhurst, a sister; Joan Guilbeaux, four grandchildren; Jessica Bettencourt, Shawn Kelley, Amelia Harrington and Madeline Harrington and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son; James Harrington, a brother; Robert Warhurst and a sister; Barbara Strate.

Anne’s services will be private.
