Audrey I. (Pendleton) Dusza

Audrey I. Dusza, 97, of North Kingstown, RI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 10, 2025. Born in Westerly on March 30, 1928, she was the daughter of the late William E. Pendleton Sr. and Harriet (Hunt) Pendleton.

Audrey dedicated her career to the University of Rhode Island, working as a telecommunications operator until her retirement in 1990. In retirement, she remained actively involved in her community as a proud member of the North Road Terrace Tenants Association, where she cultivated close friendships and found joy in neighborly connection. She was an avid collector of all thing's turtles. She was also a member of Washington United Methodist Church for many years.

She is survived by her loving children: Brian Dusza, Cathy Brown, Eric Dusza, David Dusza, and Gary Dusza; her devoted sibling: Helen Bromley and her cherished grandchildren: Gary Brown, Charles McCain, David Dusza, and Samantha Dusza. Audrey was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Donna McCain and siblings, Harriet Langlais, Carol Wood and William Pendleton Jr.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Gorton – Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
