Betty Lou S. (Wright) Johnson

Betty Lou S. Johnson, 85, formerly of Johnson Boulevard, Coventry, RI, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at Kent Memorial Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born on September 29, 1937, she was the wife of Allen R. Johnson. They were married for sixty-six years. She was the daughter of the late Clayton and Svea (Johnson) Wright.

Betty Lou was a homemaker to her loving family. She enjoyed baking, gardening, rides in the country and socializing at the restaurants.

Besides her husband Allen Johnson, she is survived by three children; Rebecca The and Jon Robinson, Allen “Andy” Johnson and Karl Johnson and his wife Karen, two sisters; Sandra Wrobleski and Lois Wright, two grandchildren; Lindsy Kelley and her husband Ryan and Christoper Johnson and two great grandchildren; Meadow Kelley and Brooklyn Kelley.

A committal service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, at 11:00 am at the RI Veterans Cemetery, 301 South County Lane, Exeter, RI.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer Association.
