Charles F. (Jr.) Dalton

Charles F. Dalton Jr., 83, of Knotty Oak Road, Coventry, RI, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at home surrounded by his family. Born on November 4, 1939, he was the husband of Donna (Gileau) Dalton. They were married for fifty years. He was the son of the late Charles F. Sr. and Ida (Connoly) Dalton.

Charles was a mechanical maintenance person for Dorado Mills, Woonsocket, RI for twenty years before retiring in 1999. Charles was a US Navy Veteran serving in the Vietnam War.

Besides his wife Donna Dalton, Charles is survived by eight children, a sister, seventeen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 10:30 am in the St. Joseph Cemetery, 959 Nooseneck Hill Road, West Greenwich, RI, followed by US Military Honors.
