Constance Hargreaves Obituary

Constance V. Hargreaves, 78, of Cannon Street, Cranston, RI, passed away on December 31, 2021, peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Born in Providence, RI, on May 19, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Vina (Greene) Morrell.

Constance was a salesperson for the Providence Journal, Providence, RI, for over 35 years before retiring in 2008. She enjoyed spending time with her family, walking and her beloved friend of over forty years, Dave M. Philips, who passed away in November 2020.

Constance is survived by a beloved daughter; Marla Hargreaves Davis and her husband Robert, a brother; Owen Morrell and his wife Bernie, two grandchildren; Victoria Davis and Lily Davis, a great grandchild Nicola Simone, three nephews; Dennis Morrell, David Morrell and Shawn Morrell and two nieces; Dawn Morrell and Melanie Morrell. She was predeceased by a brother; Orinn Morrell.

Constance’s service will be private.

The family would like to acknowledge a special thank you to Hope Hospice for their care and kindness.
