Dorothy S. (Patnaude) Tarro

Dorothy S. Tarro, 92, of Rock Avenue, Pascoag, RI, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at Overlook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Burrillville, RI. Born on September 23, 1930, in Providence, RI, she was the wife of the late Joseph M. Tarro and the daughter of the late Amos and Louise (St. Germain) Patnaude.

Dorothy was a nurse's aid for Morgan Health Center, Johnston, RI, for twenty years before retiring in 1990. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

Dorothy is survived by three children; Olive Oliveira, Christine Tarro and Michael Tarro, five grandchildren; Maria, Diana, David, Jimmy and Faith, and eleven great grandchildren; Mia, Chase, Cade, Callan, Gabby, Lucine, Joseph, Thomas, Theodore, Michael, Kylie and Jenny.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Ss. John & Paul Church, 341 South Main Street, Coventry, RI. A visitation will be held prior from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston, RI.
