Elizabeth A. (Smith) Larivee

Elizabeth (Beth) A. Larivee, 72, of Naples, FL, and formerly of Exeter, Rhode Island, passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at Avow Hospice Care, Naples, FL. Born on April 17, 1952, in Providence, RI. She was the wife of Maurice Larivee. They were married for fifty-three years. She was the daughter of the late Willam H. and Dorothy A. (McCabe) Smith.

Elizabeth was the Director of Medical Records at Memorial Hospital in Pawtucket, RI. She worked there for thirty years before retiring in 2015. She was a member and past president of the RI Medial Records Association in Providence, RI. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her son, and vacationing.

Besides her husband Maurice Larivee, Elizabeth is survived by her son; Adam Larivee of Naples, FL, her sister; Catherine (Robert) Maxwell of West Warwick, her brother; Michael (Sandy) Smith of Hope Valley, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 11:00 am in the Gorton – Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A visitation will be held prior from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
