Francisco T. Marques

Francisco T. Marques, 72, of Plainfield Pike, Coventry, RI, passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Pine Acres Assisted Living, Coventry, RI. Born on June 26, 1952, in Terceira, Portugal, he was the son of the late Manuel and Luisa (Tavares) Marques.

Francisco was a tailor for Gino’s Men’s Wear, Providence, RI, for many years. He was also a hairstylist for Roma II, Pawtucket, RI. He enjoyed spending time with his family and loved to crochet.

Francisco is survived by four siblings: Lolly Duquette and her husband Germain, Mary Jo Valente, Hurby Marques and his wife Karen and Joe Marques and his wife Celina. He was predeceased by a brother; Gabriel Marques and two sisters; Tanya McGloin and Paula Da Cunha.

Francisco’s service will be private.
