Frederick Shadeck Obituary

Frederick A. Shadeck, 84, of Victory Highway, Exeter, RI, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at Hope Health, Providence, RI. Born on July 29, 1935 he was the son of John L. and Ellen I. (Briggs) Shadeck.

Frederick was an arborist for Levitt Company, Exeter, RI for over thirty years retiring in 2007. He enjoyed going to Foxwoods and Twin River Casinos with family.

Frederick is survived by three children; Frederick Shadeck Jr., John Shadeck and Diane Worthington, three sisters; Ebby Denton, Ellen Shadeck and Diane Shadeck, a grandchild; Ashley Worthington and two great grandchildren; Tresoro and Achondali. He was predeceased by a brother; John Shadeck and two sisters; Blanche Shadeck and Shirley Shadeck.

Frederick’s services will be private.
