Gail W. Charboneau, 84, of Ten Rod Road, Exeter, RI, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Kent Regency in Warwick, RI. Born on May 25, 1942, in Utica, NY, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Marian (Warner) Charboneau.
Gail dedicated many years of her life to her work as a psychologist for the State of New York in Utica, where she was known for her compassion, insight, and commitment to helping others. Outside of her profession, she found her greatest joy in the natural world. She loved spending time in the Adirondack Mountains, embracing the outdoors as a naturalist, artist, and avid athlete. Her creativity, curiosity, and adventurous spirit shaped the way she lived and connected with the world around her.
She is survived by her brother, Gary Charboneau; her sister, Jill Charboneau; her niece, Leslie Kurland; her nephews David Charboneau and Daniel Charboneau and her sister‑in‑law, Trudy Charboneau.
