Gary L. Hill Sr.

Gary L. Hill Sr. 72, of Coventry, RI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2026, at the home of his son in Danielson, CT. Born on August 17, 1953, in Warwick, RI, he was the husband of the late Dianne (Correia) Hill and the son of the late Ernest and Helen (Jordan) Hill.

Gary was a radio technician for the Providence & Worcester Railroad Company for twenty‑one years before retiring in 2022. He was a proud U.S. Air Force veteran who served during the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. He loved being present at his granddaughters’ activities and sporting events.

He is survived by his son, Gary L. Hill Jr. and his wife Kristin of Danielson, CT, his daughter Tricia Hill of Coventry, RI, his sister, Patricia Hull and her husband Larry and their son Thomas of Brooklyn, CT, and his granddaughters, Katie, Karlee, and Kelsey Hill.
