Henry Holly Obituary

Henry J. Holly, 78, of Collins Road, Ashaway, R.I., passed away on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2021, at Westerly Hospital, Westerly, R.I. Born on November 8, 1942 in Coventry, R.I., he was the husband of the late Lois H. (Butler) Holly who passed away in 2014. They were married for fifty years. He was the son of the late Eugene C. Holly and Doris I. (Marson) Holly.

Henry enjoyed boating, golfing, playing guitar and working on his racing boats. Henry worked as a sheet-metal foreman at Electric Boat for 38 years until he retired in 2001.

He is survived by five sons; Henry E. Holly, John H. Holly, Robert F. Holly, Wayne D. Holly and Christopher M. Holly, two brothers; Eugene Holly and Timothy Holly, four grandchildren; Britni L., Krista M., Mina, Sarai, and two great grandchildren; Kierra and Aurora. Henry was predeceased by his brother Gerald W. Holly.

Burial will be private.
