Jerry A. Phillips

Jerry A. Phillips, 89, of Milton Lane, Coventry, RI, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Riverview Healthcare Community, Coventry, RI. Born on January 4, 1934, in Cold Spring, Kentucky, he was the husband of Kathy (Wilsey) Phillips. They were married for sixteen years. He was the son of the late Ralph and Katherine (Bartlett) Phillips.

Jerry was a supervisor for the Town of Glendale, Arizona for twenty years before retiring in 1995. Jerry was a US Air Force veteran for twenty-one years serving in the Korean War and Vietnam War as a jet mechanic. He was a member of the Cornerstone Church, Warwick, RI, and a Born-Again Christian.

Jerry was predeceased by two brothers: Jim Phillips and Michael Phillips.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, at 4:00 pm in the Cornerstone Church, 550 Cowesett Road, Warwick, RI. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
