John P. Bennett, 71, of Post Road, Warwick, RI, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020 in Warwick, RI. Born on October 4, 1948 in Providence, RI, he was the son of the late Paul L. and Rita M. (Fisher) Bennett.
John worked in construction for many years and was very involved in Alcoholics Anonymous. He loved music, playing the guitar and piano.
John is survived by two sisters; Susan E. McElroy and Patricia M. VanEckoute. He was predeceased by a sister; Geraldine M. Strobel.
