John Carraturo Jr. Obituary

John C. Carraturo Jr., 84, of Granger Court, Warwick, RI, passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at Roger Williams Hospital, Providence, RI. Born on February 3, 1939, in Bristol, RI, he was the husband of the late Carol (DeMaula) Carraturo and the son of the late John C. Sr. and Emma (Boullard) Carraturo.

John was a clerical worker for The Donate Shop, Warwick, RI, for ten years before retiring in 2000.

John is survived by a son; John Carraturo, two daughters; Rachel (Carraturo) Gomes and Wendy Arel Vento, two stepsons; Joseph M. Kane III and Robert Macomber, a brother; Robert Carraturo and six grandchildren; Michael Gomes, Robert Carton, Joshua Vento, Shaun Vento, Jessica Jobin and Sean Jobin. He was predeceased by two sons; Albert Carraturo and Joseph Carraturo, a brother; Albert “Beatle” Carraturo and a sister; Dorothy Johnson.

John’s services will be private.
