Joyce Major Obituary

Joyce L. Major, 70, of Gill Avenue, Pawtucket, RI, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022, at Pawtucket Falls Healthcare Center, Pawtucket, RI. Born on February 4, 1952 in Providence, RI, she was the wife of the late Christopher Major and the daughter of the late Joseph and Marion (Cady) Davis.

Joyce was a housekeeper for Biltmore Hotel, Providence, RI, for many years before retiring in 1995. She was a Wampanoag Indian of New England.

Joyce is survived by two sons; Daniel Bidondi Jr. and Jason L. Bidondi, seven siblings; Gail DiPietro, Dennis Davis, Phillip Davis, Sharon Saran, Tammy Santagata, Leona Gibau and Lorraine Parrillo, two grandchildren; Sasha Bidondi and Daniel J. Bidondi III and two great grandchildren; Mellinda Jenson and Marlina Jenson. She was predeceased by five siblings; Joseph Davis Jr., Albert Davis, Carol Lynn, Lois James and Candice Douglas.

A service for Joyce will be held at a later date and time.
