Lauretta G. (Goodwin) Harvey

Lauretta G. Harvey, 85, of Coventry, RI, passed away on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Home, East Greenwich, RI. Born on December 11, 1937, in Providence, RI, she was the wife of the late Richard O. Fraenkel and the daughter of the late John F. and Gertrude L. (Larvin) Goodwin.

Lauretta was an administrative assistant for the University of Rhode Island Fine Arts Department for over thirty years before retiring.

Lauretta is survived by six daughters; Louise Richmond and her husband Joel, Debra Harvey-Means, Megan Jacoby and her husband Keith, Constance Shane and Charles Duck, Lauren Russell and her husband Ken Quain and Susan Reed, eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a great, great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her brother, John Goodwin.

The family would like to thank the staff of St. Elizabeth Home and Hope Health Hospice for their outstanding care and kindness for Lauretta.
