Lawrence Pelopida Obituary

Lawrence A. Pelopida, 71, of Carley Drive, Coventry, RI, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. Born on September 11, 1950 in Providence, RI, he was the husband of Denise B. (Breedon) Pelopida. They were married for fifty years. He was the son of the late Lawrence D. and Palma (Norcini) Pelopida.

Lawrence was a maintenance supervisor for Picerne Properties, Warwick, RI, for twelve years before retiring in 2015. He was a US Army Veteran that served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed crossword puzzles, especially Sudoku. He was a big New York Yankees fan. He also enjoyed wood working.

Besides his wife Denise Pelopida, he is survived by a son; Jason Pelopida and a brother; Alan Pelopida. He was predeceased by a brother; Ronald Pelopida.
