Lorraine M. Tuccinardi

Lorraine M. “Lolly” Tuccinardi, 77, of Sunset Avenue, Coventry, RI, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Kent Regency, Warwick, RI. Born on February 12, 1945, in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Rosina V. (Desiderato) Tuccinardi.

Lorraine was a nurse at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI, for forty-years before retiring in 2002. She was a nurse with the rank of Captain in the US Army Reserves. She was a musician proficient in playing the guitar, keyboard and vocals. In retirement she took care of her son David as a loving mom and nurse.

Lorraine is survived by three sons; Al Prudhomme and his wife Charlene, David Prudhomme and Joseph Prudhomme and his wife Kerri, a brother; Domenic Tuccinardi and his wife Donna, two grandchildren; Mandi Prudhomme and Alyssa Cote and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Gorton – Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Calling hours will be held prior from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Burial will be in the Greenwood Burial Grounds Cemetery, Coventry, RI.

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
