Michelle S. Blais

Michelle S. Blais, 49, of Warwick, Rhode Island, passed away peacefully at home on July 10, 2025. Born on July 5, 1976, in Warwick, she was the beloved wife of the late David Stockton and the cherished daughter of Kathleen (Soccoccia) Blais and the late Thomas G. Blais.

A devoted stay-at-home mother, Michelle found her greatest joy in caring for her family. She was known for her warm smile, quiet strength, and boundless generosity. A loyal friend to many, her kindness and compassionate spirit will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

Michelle is survived by her loving son, Mark Stockton, and his partner Leah Wilson, as well as many treasured aunts and uncles who held a special place in her heart.

A memorial service to honor Michelle’s life will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Gorton–Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, preceding the service. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michelle’s memory may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, reflecting the strength and compassion she lived by.
