Mona L. “Eagle Caring Heart” Dilucchio, 69, of Alger Avenue in Providence, RI, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 11, 2025, at Hope Health Hospice of Rhode Island. Born on February 10, 1956, she was the beloved wife of Daniel Dilucchio. They shared 53 years of marriage. She was the daughter of the late James D. and Mona (Ramsdell) Anderton.
Mona devoted her life to caring for her family as a homemaker. In earlier years, she was actively involved with the Girl Scouts of America, the Cub Scouts of America, and the Native American Tribe. She had a generous spirit, a deep love for all living things—big and small—and a gift for bringing joy to those around her.
In addition to her husband, Daniel, she is survived by her children, Daniel Dilucchio II (Victoria) and April M. Dilucchio, as well as her three cherished grandchildren: Christopher Dilucchio, Brandon Dilucchio, and Alexis Dilucchio. She was predeceased by a brother William Keith.
Mona’s services will be private.
