Patricia A. (Beard) Carlton

Patricia A. Carlton, 87, of Elmdale Road, North Scituate, RI, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at home. Born in Providence, RI, on July 18, 1937, she was the wife of the late Gordon Carlton and the daughter of the late James and Mary (Locke) Beard.

Patricia was a meat wrapper for First National Grocery Store, Greenville, RI, for thirty years until retiring. Prior to that she was a machine operator for North Safety Equipment, Cranston, RI, and after retiring she was a school bus monitor for Scituate Elementary School System, Scituate, RI.

Patricia is survived by a son; Gordon Carlton and his wife Joanne and a daugher; Janet Lopes and her husband Manuel, a brother; James Beard, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers; Richard Beard and Robert Beard and two sisters; Evelyn Panoriol and Margaret Dulus.
