Robert Karl DiMicco, 69, of Salem, MA, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Kent Regency in Warwick, RI. Born on April 30, 1957, in Cranston, RI, he was the husband of the late Anthony (Reynolds) DiMicco and the son of the late Domenic Sr. and June M. (Shields) DiMicco.
Robert worked as a Food Service Director for New England Homes for the Deaf in Danvers, MA, for 20 years. Throughout his career, he also served in several other nursing homes, where he was known for his dedication, kindness, and strong work ethic. In his free time, Robert enjoyed connecting with others on TikTok and Facebook, where his humor and warmth shone through. Robert also had a life-long interest in music starting in high school where he performed as a member of the band and the chorus at Coventry High School. He was a huge fan of Neil Sedaka and loved music in general.
Robert is survived by his stepchildren, Dedrick Reynolds and Jasmine Reynolds; his siblings, Ernest DiMicco (Marilyn), Bernard DiMicco, Dale Fogarty, and Domenic DiMicco Jr., as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. He was predeceased by his twin sister, Robin K. Papazian.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 13th at 11 AM at Gorton–Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A calling hour will be held prior from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Burial will be private.
