Robert D. Jones Jr.

Robert D. Jones Jr., 82, of Woodland Drive, Coventry, RI, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024 at Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center of RI, Coventry, RI. Born on November 11, 1942, in Chicopee Falls, MA, he was husband of the late Patricia A. (Bowder) Jones and the son of the late Robert D. Sr. and Ruth (Curry) Jones.

Robert was a foundry worker for Lancaster Malleable Casting Company, Lancaster, PA for many years. He was a US Navy veteran serving in the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

Robert is survived by two children; Robert D. Jones III and Jody Barcomb, nine siblings, Richard Jones, Gary Jones, Mark Jones, Chris Jones, Hugh Jones, William Jones, Joyce Gelinas, Lori Bouchard and Casey Jones, eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son; Michael D. Jones.
