Royal J. Little Jr.

Royal J. “Roy” Little Jr., 62, of Mishnock Road, West Greenwich, RI, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at home. Born in Providence, RI, Roy was the husband of Barbara (Perry) Little for thirty-one years. He was the son of the late Royal J. Sr. and Mary (Murray) Little.

Roy was a nuclear pipe fitter for Electric Boat, Groton, CT, for twenty years. He was also a construction laborer for Adrien & Son Inc, Coventry, RI, for seven years and later at Amos House as a maintenance supervisor for ten years. In spite of his own health issues, Roy was always there for his family and friends whenever they needed him. He will be greatly missed.

Besides his wife Barbara, Roy was survived by two sisters; Diane Warren and Teresa Allen and her husband Armand, a niece; Shannon Warren and two great nephews; AJ Vierra and Cody Vierra.

A memorial service will held on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 11:00 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. A Calling hour will be held prior from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
