Ruby F. (Carpenter) Austin

Ruby F. Austin, 89, of Woodland Drive, Coventry, RI, passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center, Coventry, RI. Born on May 11, 1935, in Warwick, RI, she was the daughter of the late Harry L. and Ann (Pannone) Carpenter.

Ruby was a homemaker to her loving family and enjoyed watching sports.

Ruby is survived by a daughter; Kathy Austin, a brother; Kenneth Carpenter, and a grand daughter; Sheri Scallon. Ruby was predeceased by three siblings; Dorothy Colvin, George Carpenter and Mary Sherman.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 11:00 am in the Oakland Cemetery, Maple Street, Coventry, RI.
