Ruth C. (Wall) Skerry

Ruth C. Skerry, 94, of Fairway Drive, New Smyrna Beach, FL, and formerly of Warwick, RI, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022, peacefully. Born in Providence, RI, she was the wife of Howard Skerry. They were married for sixty-three years. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Ruth (Nichols) Wall.

Ruth was a homemaker to her loving family. She enjoyed reading and decorating as well as spending time with her family.

Besides her husband Howard Skerry, Ruth is survived by four children: Kim Skerry, Linda Viticonte, Karen Skerry and John Skerry, twelve grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a daughter; Jean O’Connor, two brothers; Robert Wall and William Wall and a sister; Barbara Dubeau.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2022, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with a service immediately following in the Gorton – Menard Funeral Home, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Burial will be private.
