Sandra S. (Reynolds) Ford

Sandra S. Ford, 62, of Black Plain Road, Exeter, Rhode Island, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Born on September 26, 1963, in Newport, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. Reynolds and Rosalie (Blaine) Reynolds.

Sandra dedicated many years to administrative work at CVS in Cumberland, Rhode Island, and played an important role in helping establish HealthSource RI insurance. She cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, and found joy in pogo, gardening, and being outdoors.

She is survived by her children: Stephanie Barber, Richard Ford (Ashley), and Thomas Ford Sr.; her siblings: Lisa Primrose, Elizabeth Anderson (Wesley), and Katheryn Cahill (Metro); and her grandchildren: Gianna Simoncelli, Zachary Ford, Tyler Ford, Max Ford, Brayden Ford, Lucas Ford, Aaliyah Ford, Thomas Ford Jr. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Sandra’s service will be private.
